I chose this experiment because I like to make and see reactions like these when different materials are mixed together.
The reason this experiment worked is because when I mixed the baking soda and vinegar together it caused a chemical reaction which makes makes a gas carbon dioxide. When gas was produced, pressure builds up in the bottle and the gas bubbles up.
