The reason I chose this experiment was because I thought it would be very interesting and exciting how this experiment of making Alum Crystals come to be. This is time Experiment. I mixed hot water with the pickling spice called Alum, Then I put the soultion in a plate to sit for all afternoon.
The reason this experiment worked was because when the alum mixes with the hot water the alum evaporates and makes it hard so then it turns to crystals.
