I chose this experiment because I thought It would be neat to see a message appear with just lemon juice and the warmth of a light bulb.
Th reason why this experiment worked is because the lemon juice is an acid. When the acid from the lemon juice is heated by the light bulb, darkness more quickly than the paper.
